The world is tough, so if I'm not, I won't survive.  The tv's on, my mind is gone, there's a reason why.  My life at work, my boss's smirk, I must adapt.  I feel it's rough, I've had enough, I see the trap.

So the world might feel alone.  We all have tension that we never mention.  So we might feel we're unknown.  That separation is misinterpretation.

The saying goes "to each his own", that's what I've known.  The bum's hand is out, he goes about, he's got no home.  He's been condemned by those who see him, they think he's sick.  I decide to talk to him and we go walking.  I learned from him.

So the world might feel alone.  We all have tension that we never mention.  So we might feel we're unknown.  That separation is misinterpretation.

Love your brother.  Love your sister.  Love your neighbor.  Love the world.

We're in the dark and we're alarmed, we should unite.  And as we think, we must believe there is a light.  Our lives go on, the days are long, we still obey.  I feel like fighting, instead I'm sighing but it's all okay.
