🔊 A Personal Throwback…
Back in the early ‘90s, I hosted a weekly radio show in LA called CyberPhonics, spinning underground electronic body music and pushing sounds that weren’t getting airplay anywhere else. At the same time, I was DJing at Industrial and Goth clubs across LA, crate-digging every week for the freshest vinyls and rare white labels.

Years later, life took a turn—I had kids, money was tight, and I made one of my biggest mistakes ever: I sold all my crates of vinyls and bins of CDs just to stay afloat. (Not the kids, just the music—no regrets there.) That decision came back to haunt me while making this mix. So many tracks I had deep connections with were gone, their names lost to time.

🔀 Recreating the Vibe
Building this set was a challenge—mixing across genres, harmonics, and fluctuating BPMs (from 115 to 177 bpm) made for some tricky transitions. Some mixes are messy, but that’s part of the realness. This isn’t just a playlist—it’s a live mix meant to recreate the unpredictability and euphoria of a true early '90s rave. Expect grit, raw energy, and tracks that defined the era.
