Our Kyiv friend recorded this story at a small private party for friends. This story turned out to be quite inspiring, filled with bright energy, which Maxim shares with you. There is a few word from Max:

"I've been following the Povilno label for a long time and it's an honor to collaborate with them. Initially I was preparing a downtempo mix of tracks minimally related to ethno and near east, but my friends came to visit me with wine and everything turned out to be the opposite. Accordingly the mix was recorded in one take"..

Dark and groovy yet euphoriant tracks created from a sample library based on thousands of Foresta’s records and a well stocked library of under the radar film soundtracks (the percussion in "Amore Cannibale" is for example lifted from the Italian mockumentary “Mondo Cane”).

Sometimes a feeling fades away, sometimes it evolves into something else.

«Hydrant» is a very personal song in which I've captured some emotions that are still undefined to me, an abstract state of mind that I always want to revisit. A blend of earthy and cosmic.

I wrote Hydrant in 2016 and could never imagine back then that it would find its home on a label of my own 🌲Releasing my first song on @saisonsmusique is definitely an exciting moment!
