Long Drive

This is a piece that was born alongside "Long Drive". I'm building on an interesting chord progression that has a lot of 7ths and 9ths.

Staring Into The Sun

I built this song beginning with a rising chord progression that alternates between C minor diminished 7 and 4 major chords: D, F, G#, B.

Night Of The Crows

I redid Long Drive, mostly to get rid of the chirp, which I found annoying.

Long Drive 2 (redo)

Music composition was my first love, but life took me down a path of painting homes, and painting art as well as a diversion into mathematics and computers. I learned piano starting at around 10 years old and enjoyed composition more than reading music, so I've developed my own distinctive style. Lots of grace notes and chromatics, 7ths and 9ths... In about 1991, I got a Korg MT-1, and got really into the sequencing, putting my songs into digital form. 30+ years later, I have a Yamaha CP88 Stage Piano, which I need to MIDI to my software. I'm using LMMS, the Linux Multimedia System.
