“on my own / johnathan’s skit” is a song by American singer and rapper Johnathan Heath. It was a demo added to a version of the tracklist of an EP by the singer (thought i was enough…) but was later unfinished & scrapped due creative blocks. It was left off the final version of the EP and later released to YouTube almost a year later on Johnathan’s birthday. The song was co-written and produced by Heath and Samya Robinson is also a credited writer on the song. It was surprised released as a treat for fans on Johnathan’s birthday.

The track was released as an official single from the JHEATH IS CLASSY compilation album on October 19th, 2024. An instrumental, sped up version, and slowed version were released to streaming platforms as well as the original!

“back to bad habits” is a R&B/Hip-Hop based song written and recorded by American singer and rapper Johnathan Heath. It was the 3rd and final post-released single that was released of his extended play ‘thought i was enough…’

The song dissects all of Johnathan’s friend’s bad habits that may lead up to dire consequences in the future. In the 2nd verse he states, “Wrote this song for a friend, real sh*t. It don’t need no TikTok trend.” This being a statement from the singer that he is sending a message and not another trend.

The song was written and produced by him and was originally released with the extended play. Until June of 2025, Johnathan surprisingly dropped a 5-track singe pack with the instrumental, as well as an acapella, slowed, and sped up version. It was released as a post release on June 8th, 2025 due to a rise in streaming numbers on Spotify!
