The French artist compiles an eclectic compilation of stirring tracks, each with it's own identity & unique vibe. The 'Marble' EP contains four tracks attentively created & arranged to depict the story of Phazz's inspired production, motivated by a love of piano from an early age. 
The Lyon based producer is driven by creating contemporary music, with plenty more on the horizon including a 2nd EP & a collaboration with the L.A based singer Bridge. 
The future is incredibly bright for Phazz, the Marble EP is just the beginning as he continues to captivate an audience worldwide.

"As with all of my mixes, this was done on two Technics turntables straight into Protools- no grid, no sync.
Everything included is Foreign Beggars music from 2008 to present, with the majority having been produced in the last 4 years, including unreleased tracks, remixes and some stuff you may have missed. (plus some bits of instrumentals we love and have used in shows). Remixes have been put together exclusively for this project including productions from Dag Nabbit, Ghosttown, Funtcase, Loop Stepwalker and Trolley Snatcha.

There's a handful of mashups of older verses i've put on new beats (including instrumentals from Deft, XLII, DarQ E Freaker, Rudekid and Zomby), There’s also older favourites like Gravity from Dabrye, Stay Seated from Sasquatch, Flying to Mars (Medison and Ruckspin rmx) and bits from Alix Perez's recent LP Chroma Chords.

The intro contains shouts grabbed at various shows and festivals around the world on my iPhone from Chuck D, Araab Music, Eats Everything, Fredro Starr from Onyx, DJ Premier, (standard) Nigella Lawson and Napalm Death frontman Barney Greenway, Chris Tarrant and Gil Scott Heron (RIP)"

C-Note, a Las Vegas resident has found a niche in bringing Belgian Jump Up sounds to the US.  After living in Reno for a handful of years and returning to Las Vegas, C-Note has encompassed his love for Drum and Bass during these years, and loves creating a heavy dnb environment for attendees.  He continues to thrive in creating a massively fun experience within the community through every show while gaining new skills with each passing day.

During STS9's set break at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in June of 2012 we heard a lot of rumble from our fans wanting to know what we played over the PA between our sets.  Everyone just really dug it.  So we wanted to make sure everyone could hear it again straight from the source.  It really is a great 30 minutes of chill between the madness, and maybe something we'll try and do more often, to give exposure for other artists, educate some folks on great tunes we are digging, you name it.  We hope everyone enjoys, supports these artists, and supports art in it's many forms in general.  Thank you for your support of STS9 and mostly thanks to these artists for making historical music.
