Los Angeles-based Producer, musician, singer-songwriter and DJ JOHNJOSÉ is quickly rising from the underground house scene. From Puerto Rico to California, he’s bringing his energetic Caribbean flavor and blending it with groovy four-on-the-floor beats. Being inspired by artists like Max Chapman, Green Velvet, Dennis Cruz, Late Replies and Guille Placencia, JOHNJOSÉ has a memorable and ear capturing sound that will have everybody moving on the dance floor. Since making the move to California, he has had a residency at the iconic Sound Nightclub, has played at the hottest venues in SoCal such as Academy LA, NOVA San Diego, TIME Nightclub, Avalon Hollywood, 1720 Warehouse, Catch One and festivals including DayTrip, Countdown NYE and Nocturnal Wonderland's Cave of Rave. His quick uprise in the House Music scene has led him to release music with well known Tech House labels such as Lee Foss’s South of Saturn, Material Series, Space Yacht Records, Terms & Conditions and Bump N Grind records. His latest EPs “Rule The Jungle”, "International Farmer" and "Timbales" all ranked #1 on the Top Tech House Releases on Beatport. JOHNJOSÉ’s tracks have gotten support and downloads from Industry artists like Marco Carola, Cloonee, Martin Ikin, Matroda, Harvy Valencia, Shiba San, Don Diablo, Lexlay and others.
