I wrote this song 30 years ago and first went into the studio when I lived in Australia in the 90's. About 7 years ago I revised the master of the original recording and I enhanced the track with loops and midi tracks. Hopefully, it is a good listen. Can someone tell me what is the genre???

This used a vocalist for hire through a music production marketplace.  The contract does not allow for disclosure of the vocalist's name.  The production studio that used her says that Keith A. Getchell owns 200% of the sync/master/publishing rights (BOTH SIDES).  
CD Baby released the song.  Their contract only allows for a percentage of publishing rights for sync placements that they've solicited. 
There is a reference to alcohol and cigarettes at 1:00-1:04.  The artist is OK with dubbing.

We can't come together because we all have convictions rooted in the foundation of lies and it keeps us busy with distractions that become the masters of our lives.

What if the key to breaking free was truth? We have found that truth fed to us in modern times were merely another level of a lie. Therefore, the medicine of truth we receive to make a difference must be so potent that we can feel puzzles snap into positions in our mind.

In this audio you will receive a small dose of truth intended for scraping up the lie about us using the barter system as ancient indigenous people. We never bartered! Our lives were invaded by men and women suffering from poisonous thoughts that swells the consciousness with treachery and venom. The throat of life is humanities relationship with the resources of the planet for the purpose of establishing stability for everyone and to evolve in everything we do. The ill-minded sought to sever this relationship and dangle humanity's ability to access resources through malevolent control. To a sick mind this brought highly stimulated satisfaction.

This is why we use money today; because we can't break our addiction to the satisfaction that we receive when we acquire it. It is difficult to see how ratchet and wrong it is to be fed from the hands of the immoral and the rotten. Our preference for money has been set by condition. Only appropriate knowledge may give us a reason for desiring to break away. And we must rise together to do it.
