Friday 13th is unlucky for some, but not today as we have a brand new edit from the boys of the hour TheBens, who are treating us all to a stomper we can sink our teeth into this weekend 🦷 

Since releasing their hugely successful Black Eyed Peas Edit with us way back in March 2020, TheBens have been an unstoppable force in the minimal scene going from strength to strength and landing releases on labels such as Selecta Records and Koma Recordings, all whilst successfully running Groovment who have thrown some mad parties, with undoubtedly more to come🎈

Taking it back to the norties this weekend, the boys have come through with a classic we all knew growing up and added their own unique spin to deliver their signature groove that never disappoints! Clever and playful use of that recognisable vocal combined with a driving bassline and atmospheric pads makes for one hell of a tune that will blow ya mind off straight off the bat🤯

It’s an absolute pleasure to welcome the boys back on the label after so long, and having them back doing what they do best 💣

That’s it, we’re back now this week with another edit to add to the series this year, and edit #40 is coming from Soler resident and co-founder, @levi-swarn🙌

Coventry based up-and-comer Levi Swarn has been busy making moves in the scene this past year, between co-running his own events company Soler and putting the hours in in the studio, Levi is showing promise to be a big player in the near future⏩ having already supported some big names such as @jjsaunders and @anotr whilst also recently releasing on @innocentmusic, he’s showing no signs of slowing down as we move into 2022💨

Levi’s take on a modern classic is definitely one to boot the weekend off, with a driving bassline, snappy hats and melodic pads, why oh why would you wanna be anywhere else (other than the Tentō Soundcloud)💣

Incase you haven’t seen, this week we’re back with a brand spanking new edit just in time for those summer parties from upcoming DJ/producer @fourteen97🔋

FOURTEEN97 has been working hard in the studio for some time now, having released on the likes of @techno-bible and our pals over at @grooved-selects-uk , whilst also releasing a stack of free download edits out on his Soundcloud! With all of this to show for himself, it was a no brainier for us when we heard yet another fire edit from the man🔥

Many have tried to recreate this classic, but not many have been as successful as FOURTEEN97 in doing so. Skippy percussion and delicate synth work combine perfectly with the driving bassline that captures the body of the original, with a 2022 spin📀

Finally, it is an honour to welcome @vanuccimusic onboard for his debut TENTŌ release, and he’s definitely making waves with this one 🌊 

Vanucci has had a hell of a year already with releases on labels such as @rawsomerecords , @richgotjacked , Replay Records and more, so when we received his edit of this old school classic we was intrigued to say the least...low and behold it did not disappoint!

Vanucci’s take on Justing Timberlake’s ‘Like I Love You’ has everything you’d want from an edit and more; the harmonious vocal from the man himself JT, mixed in with some signature minimal pads and a baseline that will make you move like Justin himself (or try to at least)🕺💃

After having this track on our radar for some time, we are buzzing to introduce Sunderland based @lewiipitcairn for edit number 2️⃣2️⃣

Lewii isone of those producers who’s constantly grinding and developing their sound, and its been an absolute pleasure to watch it evolve over the time we have known him! At 19, he's got a long way ahead of him and with sounds like this the future looks bright 🌅

Lewii explores the instantly recognisable vocals of Jorja Smith and flips it over some incredible cosmic pads and eclectic stabs, all packaged together to make for a quality edit🔊
