John Michael Suppa III, A.k.a Johnny Suppa, who goes by his stage name John MiChael or Sketch/SketchDawg, was born and raised in Port Chester, NY, but now resides in Pleasant Valley, NY. At the age of ten he started writing his own lyrics. He started noticing how he can express his emotions and unleash his bottled up anger through it. As a result, he uses it as a weapon, to say what he feels and to say things he could never say. It was his escape from reality into a dream world in which he now made his reality. He got so addicted that it eventually became a drug to him. He started doing it almost every chance he would get. He would practice day in and day out, night in and night out, just to get better with his rhyming, wordplay, flow, delivery & punchlines. He became very passionate about the art he makes through his music and has now found his voice through something that once saved him from a very dark place. He calls it “His outlet”. He Doesn't only do music for himself. He does it for his family, his friends and for people he could potentially save through his music. 
In 2013, As he was getting better by practicing, he came up with an idea of making/starting a homegrown Independent Record Label which is now called @SawpitRecords. He thought is was a perfect name since Sawpit was his hometowns name before it was changed to Port Chester. He then ran his idea through the 3 artist he was doing music with at the time (Gooniebarz, StingJoose & E-Dubz) and they all liked the idea that Sketch came up with. They decided to run with it and ended up becoming a huge major part of what it is today. With a total of 4 independent artist underneath the label, they formed a rap group and named themselves "KrayZ8" which meant the 4 of them with their 4 alter egos. In 2017 Sketch joined @EliteRebel owned by @SlimDymondz.
Sketch is Influenced by artist like Eminem, Tupac, Nas, Big L, Big Pun, J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Locksmith, Logic, Immortal Technique, Prodigy from Mobb Deep including Havoc and a few more. Sketch hopes one day his hard work and dedication to making music will pay off.
