A thoughtful song about about breaking out of the 'rat race' and finding a different way of life.

And So It Goes

A song inspired by the thoughts of the men who undertook the D-day landings back in 1944. The title 'Day of days' was shamelessly stolen from an episode of the HBO TV series 'Band of Brothers' which graphically depicts the fears and experiences of some of these men.

Build No Walls Volume Remix

Johnny & the Box was a semi finalist in the UK songwriting competition 2020- with the song 'Breathe'. The song 'Lie to me' also received a 5 star commendation from the contest. 
Having played in bands such as 'A Thousand days' (the best unsigned band of the 90's) and 'The Radiofaces', I now write, produce and record music under the pseudonym 'Johnny & the Box'.
