Neil Cicierega - Mouth Mistakes (FANMADE)

"I use Maschine’s built-in drum samples for just about everything, so I wanted to use this opportunity to really showcase them. This track is strictly snares and kicks, with the added twist that the snares are tuned to play a melody. All of the sounds here have been fed into Jonathan Tremblay’s Distorbox from the the Reaktor User Library, which gives it a nice, raw feel. The melodies were further processed with the Solid Mix Series."
