I decided to take the chords of the Time Rift Storybook cue and play around with them. Got this idea v late at night, and been spending the past while finishing it up. (You could practically call this an original piece at this point, what with how far I wound up pushing just two simple chords, but eh whatever hueh.)

This track is a "Death Wish"/hard mode version of The Pin Drops (https://soundcloud.com/mysteryman_17/the-prince-do-be-upsetti-tho,) and it plays during the EX boss fight against Luka in Act 6 of the Subcon Wastes (and EX+ rematch during the boss rush in Time’s End, Act 2.)

I likely won't be focusing TOO horribly much on tracks for Nomadic Prince's hard mode, but this track has always been an exception. From the moment I finished The Pin Drops, I'd been wondering "Hmm... if I wound up getting inspired by Heartache for the base track, maybe the hard mode version could be based on ASGORE?" Finally got around to working on the conception as of a few days ago, and here's the result!
The Badge Seller, Your Contract Has Expired and Alpha Bookstore Theme are the obvious contenders for motifs to add in, but I also wound up being able to work in motifs from Cold Reception and even my Time Rift Storybook synth jam! I've been on A Hat in Time kick lately, and I recently listened to the soundtrack for the game, which was really good. 
I'm very surprised with how quickly I got this finished, but I'm really happy of the style I used for the track and how it turned out. It also gave me an excuse to try out a new music plugin I bought.

Spongebob Squarepants Theme Song

To honor the passing of Lazy Town actor Stefan Karl Stefansson today, I did an orchestral arrangement of 'We Are Number One'. The song, sung by Stefan's character Robbie Rotten, blew up as a meme a couple of years ago and brought attention to Stefan's struggle with cancer. I genuinely enjoyed Lazy Town as a kid. It was one of the reasons I became obsessed with puppetry for a while, so it's really sad for me to see Stefan go. I'm grateful the meme brought enough attention to his cause to give him a few more years with his family.
