One of the demos for the upcoming "Metropolis" album.This is only a demo track: the final song (if it makes the album) will be longer and more produced. I'm releasing this to gauge interest in the song, since I am experimenting with a number of different styles and sounds.  The title was taken from the video game "Q-Bert."

What Else Haven't You Told Me? (Short Demo Mix)

This track is based off of the short piano piece "Epilogue" by Vincent Persichetti. I've been wanting to work on this for years. I'm dedicating it to a departed friend who was a constant source of inspiration. The full track is in the works and will be several minutes longer.

Downstairs To The Blue (Short Demo Mix)

This is the flip-side to "Lux Aeterna."  It has the exact same structure, key, and tempo, but the chaotic and atonal synths have been replaced with sweeter, gentler sounds.  The title is an homage to the works of Hildegard Von Bingen.

Inspired by a good friend of mine, this track was originally called "Tarzan" after his nick name. It's current name comes from the film "Time Bandits." It's about the thing we all want, the thing we think will bring us happiness, the thing we might spend all our lives questing for. What is it? Even we don't know while we're looking for it.

Resurrecting a track I wrote in 1994 with some more modern equipment and beats. Not to get too cocky, but I think I wrote some pretty interesting riffs and melodies back in the day when all I has was a Yamaha PSR-4600 lovingly named Carmen. Miss you, girl.
