Calm your mind and allow the music to enter the deep recesses of your memory and maybe, just maybe, some of these songs will take you to a time where you had pushed a particular moment in your life far back into a corner because Life Just Happened.

This latest creative musical journey, leads me down a road that takes me back in time, while growing up in the 60's and 70's, listening to fantastic vocal bands with wonderful melodies and tight & smooth harmonies. 

"It's You Girl," brings a gentle melody with subtle instruments and a background vocal harmony influence, of one of my favorite 60's bands, 
"The Association!" This one was a true pleasure to create!

Once again, a thank you to my life-long "brothers" and dear friends, Jeff Hoffman on bass guitar and Mark Hoffman, for assistance in background arrangements.

This latest original, is a slightly "jazz bass" influenced song. 
With the help of "Bassman Extraordinaire," Jeff Hoffman, who also shared his talents on guitar as well, the mellow sounds of this new song, help to softly color that lazy walk together through life...

"Simply Walking By" is a new original, that was truly a joy to write, record and produce! 
A fun, feel-good song, sharing that experience and excitement, of seeing "someone" for the first time that you just have to meet, and after meeting them, it just "feels right!"

A HUGE shout out to my "musical brother" of a lifetime, Jeff Hoffman, for lending his "masterful" talents on Bass guitar and Lead guitar!

The question we all probably asked ourselves, at some point in our lives...
"If I Listen To My Heart."
This is the title of the latest original coming out of the studio...
Love found, then lost, because of the never ending internal struggle between "Head" and "Heart." Happiness is not just meant to fade away....
Sometimes it's too late, other times, it's not...

Another big thank you to my musical brother Jeff Hoffman, "Bass Master Extraordinaire, for the sound of the Rickenbacker slap, as well as, breaking out the 6 string Telecaster on the guitar solo.

The Time Has Arrived...
The Final Release!!!
I chose to wrap up this 12 month musical journey, with a bit of a soulful ballad entitled...
"I Wanna Be The Man You Turn To"
This is the 14th and Final, original song in this project, Written, Recorded & Produced in Sunset View Studio by myself, in the past 12 months!
After much quiet & personal reflection into the "inspiration" for these songs, and going through a year of many emotional ups and downs, this song quite possibly could be my ANTHEM SONG...
My hopes are, that every man makes this his own "Anthem Song," for the woman he loves, and also, that every woman has a man that she can ALWAYS turn to!
Gentlemen, 
When you find that One Special Woman, 
Pull her tight into your arms, 
Slow dance with her to this song, and whisper in her ear, 
"I Wanna Be The Man You Turn To.." 
ALWAYS...
Let her know, that she can ALWAYS turn to you!
Me personally, I know she's out there and she'll always know she has someone to turn to...

Though less complex, this really is one of my favorite originals, both lyrically and musically.
If you just listen to the lyrics, you'll understand why.........
