First time playing an opening set. 
First time playing 2 hours. 
First time playing through a thunder storm. 
The first hour is a bit more eclectic and downtempo while the second half picks up the energy.

Tunes Delivery is a sub-label of Scruscru's Scruniversa and now it enters into the world with a fantastic first offering in the form of this six-track various artists EP. 'Hotmood' opens up with the feel-good disco-funk of 'Just Tonight,' Scruscru keeps it real with 'Funky Flute' which is a nice languid instrumental and Frank Virgilio up the ante with some big horn-laced grooves. The flip side then comes on strong with three more brilliantly musical grooves that brim with catchy riffs and fresh disco-infused rhythms. A great start to what is sure to be a great label.

As the title would suggest, these two sides come from Lipelis’ private arsenal of club tracks, beef’d up and shared with the people after some friendly persuasion.

There’s no holding back with this killer remix of Komodo’s 'Running To The Sun' by Eric Duncan. Within the first thirty seconds the drums are already rolling in like a build up to an epic John Bonham of Led Zeppelin fame drum solo. And this is key to this remix, the live drum pattern by Rafi Muhammad add an almost infectious groove to an already relentless jacking bass line. Creating a worthy support for stuttering, swirling arpeggios, fluttering acid lines and effects as they pierce through the smoke of a sweating, throbbing dance floor. And if this is still not enough, in come the wonderfully nagging old skool house chords, breaking up the intensity of this rollercoaster of a peak time track, providing a glowing warmth whilst giving off the sentimental feeling of piano laden house music of yesteryear. A five star summer house slab of wax from the Not An Animal camp.  More please x
