Here I imagine what it is to engrave reality with something enchantingly surreal. Simple rhythms influenced by my Colombian roots and the piano are comforting and familiar; layers of electronic sounds and textures are the new and fantastical.

This is a sample of an experiment I've decided to do: Combine Colombian Folk music with what I've learned about the Celtic Jig.

This is a co-composition built around a standard Joropo tune called "San Rafael", created alongside Cuatro player Diego Fernando Molano, for the 2015 International Joropo Festival.

We added some unconventional twists and progressive transitions to bring together traditional and modern. Hope you enjoy!

Co-composition created around "Pajarillo", a traditional tune from the Colombian and Venezuelan plains. Created alongside Cuatro player Diego Fernando Molano, for the 2015 International Joropo Festival.

Here we stick to more traditional elements, but we still added some more complex transitions to make it more fun, exciting and unpredictable.
