In 2015 I joined the competition Liet, a Frisian minority language contest, and won the second place with my song Rûntsje Rinne, a song I had writen 10 years ago for the same contest.. Almost I had access to the European minority language final in Udine (Italy). It's about my old village Aldegea SWF where I grew up. It's about the church, lake, water and about the jalousie and letting people do what they wanna do.

A live performance of Untold Stories. A song about loneliness after my girlfriend and daughter left me for a month because of their holiday. I felt the emptiness that they leaved behind, and all the stories that remained untold.

This tune I made for a television concept. It's a program about children playing and learning about nature by helping their parents in the kitchen garden.

I wrote this tune for a documentary about small classic Dutch sailing ships called 'tjotters'. The premiere of the documentary was on the HISWA boat show in Amsterdam (2017). This track is used for the start of the documentary.

I'm a singer/songwriter who writes songs in English, Dutch and Frisian. 
In 2015 I joined the competition Liet, a Frisian minority language contest, and I won the second price with my song 'Rûntsje Rinne', a song I had writen 10 years ago for the same contest.. Almost I had access to the European minority language final in Udine (Italy). 
From that point I decided to pickup songwriting and start performing. I choose the artist name PITT and in the end of 2015 I had my first two live performances with a few demo's of me. My target is to write more song and make a few demo's which I will place on SoundCloud.
