Carrageenan, a solo electronic project by Brussels based producer and Cold Moss label head Matthieu Levet (also active in Crash Toto, Pizza Noise Mafia, Carcass Identity).
Started as a noise project, Carrageenan's music has been enriched over the years with a rough groove and sounds borrowed from techno music, illbient , dub and industrial. After 'Let's Go There' his first LP on Cold Moss, then 'Invisible Design' on Czaszka Records, his last album 'Distorted Reality' was just released on Brooklyn based Jollies Records label.

In Hundredfold, Norfik invites listeners into a world where extremes collide and opposites attract. Across nine tracks, the artist deftly merges soft, ambient landscapes with ferocious drum patterns and seismic sub-bass, crafting an album that refuses to settle into any single genre or mood. Drawing inspiration from the evocative sounds of 90’s British electronic pioneers, the rhythmic intensity of Chicago Juke and footwork, and the industrial grit of Detroit electro, Hundredfold pays homage while charting its own course. Norfik weaves these influences into a sonic narrative that feels both timeless and entirely of the moment, blurring the line between ambient calm and percussive assault.

With each track, Hundredfold plays like an aural paradox—a soundscape as serene as it is volatile, as introspective as it is intense. This album embraces the beauty in contrast and the art in chaos.

Fizzy! – An exploration of the contradictory strata of online life.

Tam Lin’s latest album, Fizzy!, is an electrifying journey through the paradoxes of our online existence. Navigating the tension between connection and isolation, the album immerses listeners in a world where degraded memescapes, ghostly chatrooms, bot psy–ops, and hyper-glossy interfaces collide—vividly capturing the dissociation, anxiety, and joy that define digital life.

Like an audio fever dream assembled from fragmented connections, Fizzy! warps between moments of euphoria and dissonance. Glitch-riddled textures dissolve into pulsing rhythms, while ethereal melodies float above mutant percussion, creating a hypnotic landscape of sound. Each track acts as a portal, leading the listener deeper into an uncanny web of nostalgia, hyper-modernity, and fleeting intimacy.

Fizzy! marks Tam Lin’s debut as a songwriter, diverging from the electronica, noise, ambient, and spoken-word compositions that have shaped their previous work. This transition introduces a new layer of narrative depth—one where voices whisper, mutate, and stretch across an album, punctuated by evocative instrumental interludes.

Fizzy! is an echo of a voice note lost in transmission. It’s the shimmer of a pixelated sunset on a broken screen. It’s a conversation that lingers in memory long after the server has crashed.
