Learned that ADOBE AUDITION has its own MIDI Interface, so, I spent my whole day with it.

I made this track for a documentary's trailer last January. I've been wanting to share this for a while now. It's the last track I made with Propellerhead Reason before I shifted to Cubase. New tracks coming up soon! :)

Seagulls In Flight (2014)

An audio test for my new acquisitions, the Focusrite Saffire PRO 24 audio interface and the Shure SM57 mic.

Equipment list:

Guitar: Ibanez RG2550E
Effect pedals: Joyo Vintage Overdrive->MI Audio Tube Zone Overdrive
Amplifier: Laney LC50-II Combo with a Celestion Seventy 80 speaker

The SM57 is placed on-axis with the speaker, around 3 inches from the center of the dustcap, and around 2 inches from the grille.

I recorded a riff I like playing a lot twice, and each version is panned 45% left and right.

Tosin is in town so I figured I would do a quick test with his guitar!
I am using an 8 string to it's complete capacity.
One string used on the TAM 100, except for the leads which are on one string as well and going through a Dunlop Carbon Copy which is oh so sweet!
