Label boss Jon Connor is back once again with his floor killer Acid drop; the term Acid refers explicitly to the harsh 'acidic' squelching sound of the Roland 303, sometimes known generally as 'acid,' is a genre of techno that was derived from acid house and developed in Europe in the late 1980s to early 1990s. It saw younger artists apply the 'squelching' synthesizer sound of Chicago acid house to harder-edged techno material.

Ross Ballantine precisely one year ago of this release date, sadly Ross was lost at sea in a tragic accident.
The vessel and its three crew members went missing on January 27,

Jon has constructed this track capturing the emotion through grievance in honor of his friend Ross who he misses dearly the only way he knows how Techno.

I was asked recently by Saxon Williams 

To recreate a North radical technology, old school 90s 00s set 

Saxon runs a show on one of Australia's largest electronic music radio stations, @area3000.radio. 

North Radical was a huge part of my youth, which kickstarted and transitioned my career from an underground free party DJ to techno Club  DJ after winning the national competition held by North back then, The Dogs Bollocks. in 2001 
It has taken me a little time to do this project as I've had to remaster some ancient stuff, but here are many different styles I used to play back then from labels like Hydraulix Jerk Construct rhythm and many underground favourites. I hope you all enjoy it.

Original "Catch" is a song by British electronic music group Kosheen. Written by the group members—Sian Evans, Mark Morrison, and Darren Beale—"Catch" was included on Kosheen's 2001 debut album, Resist, as the third track. The song was originally released in November 2000 as a double A-side with "Demonstrate" but did not experience success in the United Kingdom until a re-release in 2001, when "Catch" by itself reached number 15 on the UK Singles Chart. The song additionally became a top-40 hit in four European countries and Australia.

Along with 'Xpander' by Sasha, 'Heaven Scent' reignited interest in progressive house and inspired countless producers to make incredible music. 

Don't be fooled by the progressive tag, though. 'Heaven Scent' has as much in common with euro trance and hard trance as it does with the type of progressive house that would be championed at the Bedrock club nights. Indeed, in terms of style, this record saw Digweed, in particular, start to move to a tougher sound compared to the epic house style he was championing in his Northern Exposure days. 

This quality euphoric anthem is unique to both progressive and trance lovers.

After thinking hard wether or not to bring back my old label Supertech, I decided it was best to use my new branding to create bubblejam Gold series to my main label Bubblejam which houses a more progressive and melodic sound . 
So to separate things up 
Bubblejam Gold is where we will house our purist and dark underground sound of techno which goes back to my routes of playing free parties and warehouse raves right back from the 90s in and around the uk  and Europe , We are still only in the beginning of this journey however at 3 releases we have already hit no 1 in the online store Charts with the outstanding Blackout Ep releases from @marcopiangiamore & @Ripkhord
