Henry Saiz has kindly given us his new production 'Haunted Girl Canyon' to premiere and it does not disappoint, Henry is a Spanish Producer/DJ who is renown for his live show. Henry is one of the most talented producers around on the scene today, Henry never limits himself to just one genre, in the past he has released a mixture of tracks with genres including Tech House, Disco and electronica. Safe to say Henry likes to keep challenging himself! 

The track is being released on Suara, run by Henry's fellow Spaniard Coyu. 'Haunted Girl Canyon' on the 1st of December which includes remixes from the two heavy weights on the melodic electronic scene such as Rodriguez Jr. and Eelke Kleijn who have delivered their own amazing re-intepretation of Saiz's masterpiece. 'Haunted Girl Canyon' takes the listener on a journey full of melodic synths and powerful beats and basses.

Their next four-track EP shows the brothers' more serious, grownup side, taking new risks with no vocals, utilizing empty spaces and slower buildups. 'Boris' showcases proper club music: dark and sweaty Tech House with a hypnotic twist.
In the first track of the EP, self-titled "Boris," Sven and Lars go even deeper into their trance trajectory bridging on the darker side of Techno. The second track, "Dodge," takes listeners on a mystical journey playing with deep ambient sounds and a drop that makes your heart speed up. Tel Aviv-based producer Guy Mantzur (Kompakt / Bedrock / Diynamic) drops his hypnotic and seductive remix of "Boris," impossible not to get lost in. Additionally, Brazilian producer Victor Ruiz’s up-beat and complex remix of "Dodge" is not to be missed. Monkey Safari's dedication to their craft is catching the attention of industry dignitaries and fans alike with their consistent releases and non-stop international touring. The South African phenomenon Black Coffee has become well known in recent years due to his impeccable blend of house, infused with African culture and vibes. In 2012, ‘Buya’ was released featuring the stunning vocalist Yoshi.  The track went platinum in Africa in 2 months, bringing Black Coffee into the international spotlight. Now, Get Physical has taken the reigns and handed the track over to Loco Dice, M.A.N.D.Y. and Da Cappo for their remix wizardry.  

Loco Dice who has African roots spends his proceeds of the EP for the development of the new website, and the donation campaign for the Kliptown Youth Centre in Soweto, South Africa, a non-profit project that provides hope through tutoring, athletic, music and arts programs.  The returns will go to helping the heroes of the Kliptown Youth Center in Soweto, South Africa, giving kids a chance to create and express themselves whereas they might not have had that chance before. The youth is our future, and right now they need our help and support.

Damian Lazarus & The Ancient Moons return to Crosstown Rebels with the iconic I Found You, remixed by Black Coffee and former resident of Trouw Patrice Bäumel.

Lazarus closed his Day Zero festival in Mexico with I Found You back in January, and since then it has become one of his most requested tracks. His magical live project The Ancient Moons was first unleashed in 2014 with Lover’s Eyes (Mohe Pi Ki Najariya) and followed in 2015 by the highly acclaimed album, A Message From The Other Side, co-produced with James Ford. Since then, Damian Lazarus & The Ancient Moons have travelled the world with their highly immersive live show, supported Roisin Murphy on tour and played at Glastonbury festival and Melt! amongst others.

The Fader labelled The Ancient Moons “a journey into techno’s dreamiest recesses” and the four piece have been continually shrouded in mystery. Last year Lazarus and his collection of musicians retreated into the Italian countryside and started work on new and self-produced material. The Ancient Moons brings together Zulu on vocals, Ben Chetwood on electronics, and Rob Gentry on keyboards. I Found You is the first fruits of their labour. Continuing a path first started by the band’s anthemic single Vermillion, I Found You is intensely soulful, warm and paired with anthemic vocals from singer Zulu. This the first of a string of tracks from the band in 2017.

Lazarus comments: “This is the first time I've created music in a band situation and I loved every moment of it. I decided to make the new music as a collective and the four of us have created magic. The energy that we enjoyed from beginning to end of this process was electric."

Champion of the South African electronic scene Black Coffee supplies the first remix, and takes I Found You to new dimensions. This is a rare remix outing from this pioneering South African DJ. Amsterdam based Patrice Bäumel is a former resident of the now legendary Trouw and has released on Get Physical, Systematic, Diynamic, Kompakt and My Favorite Robot among others. Patrice adds complexity and takes things deeper and more atmospheric. It’s quite the package.
