Starting slow and working its way up from there - should it tickle, don't hesitate to embrace the anticipation and maybe even let out some movement. After all it's desirable to get some of that dopamine flowing again [¹], in these dopamine-deprived times. Be with someone if possible and/or imagine those times when you will be able to share beautiful moments with heaps of friends and strangers again, and you might just get some of that oxytocin flowing, too, which your body and mind long for - so desperately.
