Peel's birthday bash has truly hit the high notes! With our Hermano Dan Marshall making a grand return from Ireland to Cairns, it's been a stellar reunion. 

The reminiscing session took us back to the glorious days of Cairns' underground music scene, circa 1998-2004, where The Basement reigned supreme. 

Picture this: low ceilings club, Dark, dimly lit ambiance, and a pulsating sound system that made hearts throb, Dirty Vinyl pushers spinning vinyl all night long with the funk of creativity, the rhythm of joy, and the beats of success!  

Nights turn into days still grooven  at the after party, dance of health, happiness, and endless inspiration.  

. Huge shoutout to everyone who graced Peel's party, turning it into a Deep North reunion extravaganza. And a special nod to my Hermano Dan Marshall for traveling all the way to share this moment with us. Here's a taste of my warmup set from the depths of The Basement—it was an absolute honor spinning tunes for the occasion.

@DJ Jonas Karma - For DJ booking: booking@jonaskarma.com. This is my DJ set from Simpel House Klub Går Bananas (Distortion & Banana Club Afterparty  31.5 2019 at KELLERDIRK in Frederiksberg Allé).

This was by far one of the best parties I/we have ever had and one of the best set's that I have played. It was Distortion and I had made a deal with Banana Club that it was also their official afterparty after the street parties in Vesterbro where they launched their brand new record label Rogue Circuit.

We played on the balcony in top of an packed and amazing crowd with a lot of friends among them. It was amazing and sweat was dripping from the celling and walls. So much that one of the players did almost not work in the end because it drowned :(

The lineup was once again amazing with Umloud and De Wittig from Banana Club, DJAKES, Bjornsson and @The Hunts.

Melodic House & Techno, Tech House and Progressive House and Chillout DJ from Copenhagen, Denmark. 

I am in to electronic and House music with organic soundscapes, voices, memories and feelings. But the both the darker and more light and melodic House attracts me. 

Often with traces from the past back to the 90'ies, when I started to rave. But I allways try to tell a story but also adapt to the time, place, audience and dance floor

In 2017 I startet a private party called Simpel House  (Before Simpel House Klub /Club). It is now a legendary underground event/pop-up club that takes place in different places and once in a while. It is a unique night event / club in Denmark. 

Mainly with events in Copenhagen Denmark. We have a couple of other DJ's as residents, and nice crew of dedicated team and volunteers. We have had also had a lot of great DJ's from Denmark and abroad to com e and play.

I play for the most at private house or techno parties/events in Copenhagen, Denmark. I have also played at major clubs and parties like @Module, @Culture Box, Odds and Ends, HAVEN, Ved Siden Af (VSA), KB18, NGBG Streetparty in Malmö Sweden 2022.
