Elif continues to show her endless list of talents; The Turkish label has enlisted the free spirited talent to compile their latest VA ‘Harabe Nightmares II’. 

In a tumultuous year, Elif has been a shining light. From her ABRACADABRA residency which provides escapism and connection at a time we need it most, to stellar original releases on Stil Vor Talent, A Tribe Called Kotori, and remixes on Anjunadeep and AKASHA, she’s used this time to truly focus and flourish. Whether she’s writing a track or creating a set, it’s a compelling journey that draws you in. So it’s no wonder she’s been entrusted with compiling the latest Harabe Nightmares compilation. 

The track list features a diverse range of both emerging and established talent, plus Elif and Marat Mode team up on the driving cut ‘Koan’, where a catchy riff meets a building synth top line in a colourful rocketing crescendo. 

‘I was thrilled to be asked by Cagdas (Anatolian Sessions), a fellow Turkish producer, to compile this VA’ Elif says. ‘I loved having the opportunity to curate music that I like playing from producers I love and want to support. It took a couple of months to compile and was so fun and so satisfying that it made me consider starting my own label in the future! Harabe is an exciting emerging imprint that I'm happy to be a part of. I am in love with each and every track on the compilation and very proud of all the artists who contributed.’

The Turkish label has been bubbling up since it launched in 2019, releasing heartfelt music that defies typical genre norms. ‘Harabe Nightmares ||’ will join a back catalog of quality and consistency from this indie imprint.

When reviewing Los Cabra (Christ Burstein) musical merits at this point in time, it shows that most of it took shape off the beaten path. Be it the conditions that sparked his DJ career. Be it his approach of DJing itself or be it his artistic progression, manifested in his productions. Over the last years, Christ landed a string of much-noticed releases on different labels, be it on Rural, his Berlin-based label mainstay or be it on imprints like Stil Vor Talent, Get Physical, Sincopat, Bar 25, Gruuv, Ritter Butzke,Obsolet, etc.

The Berlin-based live act, Dj & producer combines melancholic, organic soundscapes and a distinct percussive touch in his unique perception. The result is an intimate listening experience, which hovers between melodic introspection and his Latin roots.

Maintaining artistic integrity, releasing records that reflect where his love for music is at in one moment, not knowing where it might be on the very next release, and keeping DJ sets not only interesting for a crowd, but also himself.

Artists like Hernan Cattaneo, Elfenberg, Lonya, Bebetta, Pezzner, Kollektiv Ost,Britta Arnold, Noraj Cue, Chris Fortier & Coss are just a few names that already remixed him. That’s where he is at right now.


There’s no scene dictated tunnel view in his activities, there is only a pointed emphasis on style, groove, and sophistication. An emphasis, that, because it’s informed by Afro, Techno, Melodic house, or even Downtempo, is advanced enough to always shine through the inflationary character rustic of the genre as notably original.

Granted : What Christ is laying his hands on might have its place within the parameters of House and Techno, but it’s always more than that. It’s his style :)

Bremen’s Bebetta is a playful, colorful and charming personality who likes to inject everything she does with a sense of fun. Her goal is to make people happy away from the troubles of every day life. In order to make this happen, she has years of DJing and music collecting experiences, that she calls upon not only in the usual Club or Festival, Bebetta also puts on her pajamas and streams regularly her famous live-session ‘Bebetta In Bed’ around the world. In this video podcast you can listen to Bebetta’s current favorite tracks and discover pillow fights with other artists like Super Flu while playing ‘bed2bed’. Since 2008 she has been doing her thing with a name loosely taken from the English words ‘be better’. It’s all about community, about bringing people of all color and creeds together and about freeing up minds and engaging them on a natural and spiritual level. She pours all her focus into her music, but also into design for her merchandise and the beautiful covers of her musical releases. As such she is a warm and creative soul who simply wants to connect with people in any way she can.

As a producer, Jonas is exceptionally prolific.
