Guy J's Lost & Found is riding high in 2015 with its flow of exceptional releases that now continue with a bumper package of remix interpretations of some of the standout tracks from Guy Mantzur & Sahar Z's critically acclaimed "Time" album - a stunning audio journey, so distinctly special that it has captivated audiences on a global scale, breaking through simplistic genre boundaries and uniting people through its exploration of the psyche of modern electronic dance music. Guy Mantuzur & Sahar Z - Small Heart Attack (Agents Of Time Reinterpretation)

As we turn over into 2016, AEON head honcho Alex Niggemann takes the reins for AEON’s second release in the New Year... and what an EP it is. As a DJ, producer and label boss, Alex’s production focuses on the more soulful and wistful side of Techno. With two solid original tracks and a very strong remix from Mathew and Nathan Jonson’s familiar project Midnight Operator, this release is another in the line of high quality techno AEON has become synonymous of.
Starting off with ‘Angular’, the A-side, a rising feeling of suspense progressively builds into a melodic trance. Layers seamlessly blend together, lead by an array of arpeggio-ed synthesisers. All of this is beautifully interlinked with stripped back, subtle drum patterns..
‘Convection’ brings a slightly more percussive based overlay of sound design. Layers of hats and drone like sounds build slowly until an uplifting breakdown, familiar in Alex’s productions, cuts through the track. On remix duties, Mathew and Nathan Jonson alias Midnight Operator brings a fresh approach to ‘Angular’. A psychedelic introduction builds up to a climax, before dropping right down into a very unique stripped back break beat.
Angular EP is another release of quality techno from AEON, a label that is hitting all the right notes with its output, and is fast becoming a fixture in many international DJs’ bags.

„Second Surface" will cause a wild stampede on the dancefloor with certainty. „Catamount" on the other hand is more like the Oasis after a long walk through the desert, appearing from far, far away and soon transforming into a bath of pure joy and ecstasy. And with their thirst quenched the heard would then contentedly move on into the night carried through the solid groove of „Rapture".

As a producer, Jonas is extremely prolific.
