Soundiron’s Hyperion Strings Micro is our introductory orchestral string library for the free Kontakt Player, Komplete Kontrol and the S-Series Keyboard platform by Native Instruments. This library is a great starter pack for composers and musicians just getting into orchestral writing as well as accomplished composers looking to add a new sonic color to their orchestral palette. Hyperion Strings Micro has a forward and robust sound, recorded up close in a dry sound-stage, so it can be spatialized well in any mix or reverb environment., perfect for many musical styles like rock, pop, EDM and orchestral compositions.  It’s super detailed, configurable and feature packed so each articulation can be heavily customized, but it's built to be very usable without any learning curve.

Hyperion Strings Micro comes with Violins, Violas, Cellos, Basses and Ensemble .nki’s

The library comes equipped with multi-dynamic sustains, staccatos, spiccatos and pizzicatos, plus dynamic crescendos and decrescendos as well. Along with tons of sound shaping FX tools like LFO with 12 filter types, compression and equalizer settings, A built in convolution reverb with control over placing the instrument in different panned positions, play assist gives the user up to 7 different scales &12 keys to choose from and there's a full arpeggiator as well, with a built-in velocity sequencer table and control over arp direction, note timing, swing, randomization and duration.

Jonathan Altenmuller’s official demo is a dressed mix using sounds from Rhythmic Odyssey blended with other libraries.


Rhythmic Odyssey is a loop-based virtual percussion instrument for Kontakt Player that includes a huge open-format modular loop library for use with any software or hardware you wish. This deep and stylistically expansive collection focuses on dynamic live tuned and untuned percussion performances by British instrumentalist and composer David Oliver, known for his brilliant and expressive soundtrack work on award winning programs for BBC and National Geographic.  
David has unleashed his massive collection of drums, percussion and rare world instruments, with powerful, authentic and spirited performances that are carefully and perfectly hand-crafted for easy direct use in films, games and all other forms of multimedia. He captured an incredible variety of percussion instruments and objects, exploring more than 130 distinct instruments from drum kits to raw pine tree logs.

In fact, there’s a shop on 6th St, at the heart of downtown Austin, where you can buy a guitar-shaped toilet seat, complete with sunburst finish. Among the strange are many really interesting and creative people, each exploring and giving back in their own way. Sometimes a guy just wants to build a towering castle of steel, plastic, glass and all manner of other glorious scraps that modern progress and consumption has wrought in his own backyard for over 20 years. And sometimes a guy has to fight for the right to keep what he’s built when the powers that be come along and tell him to tear it all down. Sonespheres is a series of uniquely sound-designed atmospheric synths, textural pads, evolving soundscapes, nuanced drones and tonal ambiences for Native Instruments Kontakt. Each volume explores film and tv composer and long-time Soundiron collaborator Blake Ewing's unique creative vision, delving into deeper aesthetics, stylized niches and specialty production concepts. This volume 3 Current was crafted using orchestral strings, harp, piano, and other custom samples, with a full arsenal of essential user controls to unlock an endless sea of creative inspiration.
