QZB maintain their red-hot run of form with three more slices of immaculate sonic futurism for Critical Music.

Title track ‘Out For Blood’ sees the Swiss duo further testing the boundaries of drum & bass with an acidic 4/4 drop, nervously ratcheting tension before flipping the script and unleashing the snares for a frantic, stuttering dancefloor killer.

‘Cant Resist’ breathes Blocksberg’s airy vocals across foreboding cinematic textures and a cold, mechanical groove, driven by deep subs and intricate details; while ‘Downforce’ unloads a stripped back, two-step roller awash with QZB’s now-trademark atmospheric tones, twisting bass and anxious, otherworldly fx.
