Growing up in Toronto and Queens New York, Jonathan Lee found success at a young age in a budding after hours scene. After landing the residency at Toronto's first after hours spot, Exit to Eden, you could routinely find him in Chicago and New York City playing the biggest underground parties.  

At 18 he made connections at the now infamous nightspot in Toronto, The Buzz. There he formed new relationships, playing alongside veterans like Tyrone Solomon and Kenny Glasgow. 

After moving back from New York,  he reconnected with No.19 label boss, Jonny White and then signed to release a full length album on No.19 music and a number of eps on Social Experiment Records. "It's been really amazing working with him, he has an amazing ear for music and is one of the best DJ's out there, Jonny White says about Jonathan Lee joining his team of innovative artists like Kenny Glasgow and Dj Qu. Jonathan's incredibly loyal,  I know he has turned down requests to release music on other labels.  Watching him become an artist I wanted to sign to the label and seeing it all come full circle like this, I mean, the guy taught me how to DJ ".
