Stay Up On My Mind

Dangerous Game is a love song, but one about taking it slow and not falling prey to the short, chemical infatuations that weekends can so often foster. 
We refer to love as a Dangerous Game because there are winners and losers and consequences for both. Some lovers walk away lonely, feeling  used and empty, while others feel invigorated- the start of something new and exciting. 
Today's culture seems to foster often shallow, aesthetic driven hookups. We want to challenge the youth to place the highest value on the "players" of this Dangerous Game and not on the desired outcomes or momentary satisfactions. Who are they? What do they want from this? Why? Why are you drawn to them? And finally is this game one worth embarking on with joint respect and admiration? 
This is not to take out the lively, often unparalleled jittery happinesses love can provide, but rather to take a conscious, respectable approach to the worlds most cherished and scared emotion.
