Now here’s a mix that’s been building in my head for quite some time. I put my heart and soul in the selection process, dusted off more records than I could have imagined and what initially was meant to be a 1hour mix ended up in a 4 hour monster which I couldn’t even upload due to the size.
I wanted to title this “that way overdue garage mix that started off as a tribute mix to Colonel Abrams but purposely got infected by a mix I had in mind to tribute Eddie Perez and Smack Music and another one to tribute Steve Silk Hurley and Silk Entertainment but then somehow evolved into a mix that kind of lived it's own life while staying well within the feel of the previously mentioned mindsets” but I guess that might not have been the most practical title.
As for all my mixes I just wanted to tell a story, tribute some fine artists and compositions. Let's call it an old school garage & classic house set
