Or as Psalm 95:1 says, "Oh come, let us sing to the LORD; let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation!"

Although Jesus and his work on the cross was perfect, faith among Gods people is not flawless and is often sticky. Daily battles dictate what will sit on the throne's of our hearts - whether the Lord, or idols of the flesh. Although we are prone to wander and fall victim in attempting to satisfy ourselves with what cannot truly satisfy, God does not leave us to ourselves. God is active and shepherding our paths as we grow and are transformed from one degree of glory to another. While we wait, with eager hearts and groaning spirits, the grace of God is sustaining us and supplying us with everything we need for godliness.
