After months of refining his ear and shaping his musical identity, he noticed that the current scene didn’t reflect what he wanted to bring to the table. Instead of compromising, he dove into music production to craft his own sound.

Now surrounded by musicians and DJs who push him forward, he sculpts his sonic universe on Ableton Live, bouncing between his mic and piano.

“My inspirations come from all over. Stromae, for his unique musical identity and beatmaking genius. DJ Mehdi, a true legend of sampling. Sofiane Pamart moves me as much for his talent as for his values, which align with mine. And of course, Saraga, Dennis Cruz, and Pawsa, who bring a fresh and punchy vibe to every track.”

Jomaxx a d’abord vibré au son des vinyles, du hip-hop US et du rap français avant de tracer sa route derrière les fourneaux en tant que chef cuisinier. Dix-huit ans plus tard, l’appel de la musique est trop fort. Il réalise qu’il a une aisance naturelle avec les platines et décide de passer à la vitesse supérieure : partager son univers avec un public plus large.  

Après des mois à affiner son oreille et construire son identité musicale, il constate que l’offre actuelle ne reflète pas ce qu’il veut faire entendre. Pas question de se limiter, il plonge dans la prod pour créer son propre son.  

Désormais bien entouré de musiciens et DJs qui l’accompagnent dans son évolution, il sculpte son univers sur Ableton Live, entre micro et piano.  

Mes inspirations viennent d’horizons variés. Stromae pour son identité musicale hors norme et son génie de beatmaker. DJ Mehdi, une légende du sample. Sofiane Pamart m’impacte autant par son talent que par ses valeurs, qui résonnent avec les miennes. Et bien sûr, Saraga, Dennis Cruz et Pawsa, qui insufflent une vibe fraîche et percutante à chaque track.
