The words "light" and "love" and the visual of an energy ball being launched came to me when I was feeling into the theme for this dance. Receiving this guidance reminded me of what's been happening for me in my life recently where I've been shining a light into abandoned, hurt, and deemed unceptable parts of myself and have been working to bring in love, acceptance and ownership of these parts. The result of this has been access to so much more energy, realness in my connections, joy and wildness. I'm very excited about how this translated into this set. Hope it serves you and you enjoy!
