Not rare really well it is if you haven't herd the album It's Boring being in control I suppose. Recorded in 2008 with guest Vocals from the brilliant Zoe Devlin (Alabama 3).
This is a story about a mental Landlady and two meaty buggers that once evicted me and my brother from a flat by kicking him down the stairs and throwing me out of a window.

I sat there one day in my back yard with my eye's closed just listening to the birds singing away and thought up this song, so I decided to drag my recording equipment  piano bass and all that outside, and sat and recorded this. You can here all the birds in the background. Music and nature my oh my what a perfect combination..   I'd like to dedicate this song to Myoung Shin Ki who sadly died this year, he   was one of the guys who made my trip to South Korea possible and looked after me when I was there warming my soul with his smile and personality...
