Jonny is a professional DJ with a passion for music that has been with him throughout his life. He began his DJing journey in 2016, starting out in a friend's bedroom before venturing out to explore the world of DJing in nightclubs and other venues. 

Inspired by watching Rebecca Vasmant play at a flat in Glasgow, Jonny realized that DJing could be just as much fun outside of nightclubs as it was inside them. He quickly began to test himself against others, and his talent was recognized when he became a runner-up in a DJ competition run by Toolroom, Krafted, and Evermix not once, but twice. 

Following these successes, Jonny was invited to play for Mixmag at the Ice Cave Rave in Manchester, as well as for Toolroom and Colours event at SWG3. It was through attending events and offering his help to Ryan that Jonny met the Shapes team. He impressed them with his talent and enthusiasm, and in 2019, he was asked to become a resident DJ for Shapes. It was to be big year as he went on to DJ in Ibiza. 

Jonny's music style is versatile, ranging from light and soulful disco to thumping 150bpm techno, with his unique groove always present. He is comfortable both opening up and closing a set and is continually honing his skills to find his place in the industry.
