Comprised of two originals and three remixes, Overkissed's Foolish EP is a whirlwind of skittering rhythms, delicate pads, catchy hooks, and plenty of emotion. Overkissed takes a simple vocal sample and puts it front and center for the heavy duty house workout that is "Foolin' Me." With "Foolin' U" he builds a world of interlocking drums, swirling vocals snippets, growling bass, and emotive synthwork. Rounding out the EP are three interpretations of "Foolin' Me" from Selfhood, Max Ulis, and Gloved Hands that all pull the original into strange, compelling new territories with Electro, Breaks and Leftfield House all under one release. "Barcelona-based creative platform ABUNDANCE is set to release their highly anticipated first compilation ‘FLORILEGI I’. Meaning a ‘collection of flowers’ in Catalan, this series of works aims to shed light on some of the most exciting sounds coming out of the city’s multi-faceted musical ecosystem.

From B4MBA’s industrial dancehall version ‘Charmed Riddim’ and the driving, hardware-heavy techno of ‘H13’ by ellian, the modular tension and release in glxgls’ ‘Brr brrr’, to the dubbed out two-step of ‘cute nenas love groovin’’ by AINES & ALVVA. These fourteen standout tracks, plucked and arranged, showcase the wide range of genre cross-pollination occurring within the Catalan capital.

ABUNDANCE is dedicated to championing local talent, serving as a non-profit artistic collective, record label and event organisers. This inaugural compilation is the beginning of a new chapter, connecting the dots from the diverse corners of the creative scene, expanding possibilities for collaboration for the future."

Greek producer Quell is next in line on Waze & Odyssey's label.

Based in Berlin, he's one for the bold side of house, releasing a load of bumpy, hammering and chunk-laden cuts on Ibadan, 20:20 Vision and Saints & Sonnets in the last few years.

The 'Go Away, Humans! EP', his debut on W&O Street Tracks, is much of the same, inviting Hot Haus Records and Unknown To The Unknown producer Palace, also one for livewire bangers, on board with a remix.
