After more than a decade of recording and performing together, internationally renowned guitarists Nibs van der Spuy and Guy Buttery have finally released their debut collaboration album. The album showcases their mutual interest and deep love for World Music and various folk movements featuring numerous instruments such as the cuatro, mbira, tampura, sitar and various acoustic guitars.

Hi. My Name is Jono. I'm a Music Producer, Sound Engineer and Musician. 

I love music. I particularly love music with depth and space. I love emotive music and lyrics and my passion is creating great sound - whether it's at a gig, in the studio or on location. 

I head up the sound department of a website called Large Noises. We film live acoustic performances in interesting locations such as rooftops, bathtubs and art galleries (and more)! You can check out some of our work in the videos section of this site, or by clicking on the Large Noises tab at the top of the page.

I love being able to capture music in interesting environments outside of the studio. My mobile recording rig enables me to travel all over the world capturing music anywhere my imagination takes me.
