1. September 6 - Intro to the EP.
2. Why - The first phase my mind was in, confusion as to why everything happened the way it did.
3. Therapy - This track is about having a fling but being terrified they might catch feelings, because I'm still healing from the last relationship.
4. New Addiction - This song tackles the topic of why I began smoking and gives a deeper insight into what's going on in my mind at that point of time.
5. Small Town Syndrome - This is a song I wrote for "Friends" of mine that I am aware have done questionable things.
6. Not Us - This track tackles two topics. Firstly, the underlying fear of losing someone for good, and secondly, the truth about what happened on September 6 and how everything got to this point. 
7. The closing track on my EP. In this track I finally overcome fear of loneliness and accept that there is someone better out there.
