Jorad Holmes - Just For You Single



























Jorad L. Holmes was born on September 1st, 1988 to the late Mr. Lonnie Lee Holmes & Mrs. Betty Holmes.

At an early age, Holmes took an interest in music while attending Blackburn Elementary School where he had his first musical debut. In high school, he sang with the choir and received superior ratings for his outstanding vocal ability, in his senior year.

After graduating from Center Academy High School in 2007, he majored in History Education with a concentration in African-American Studies and Vocal Studies at State College of Florida.

Holmes is the founder of the State College of Florida’s, Voices of Praise Gospel Choir, which spanned from 2007-2010. 

In 2010, Holmes established Royalty Event Coordinating, which is a marketing company that helps organizations to enhance their brand image for events, such as, conferences, banquets, concerts, and workshops.

In 2011, Holmes received the Tribe of Judah's Spirit of David Award and was nominated for Worship Leader of the Year

In 2012 God gave him a vision to encourage those that have been dealing with everyday life situations such as; Depression, Suicide, Fear, Lack of Confidence, identity crises, etc., that's when he launched the You Are Royalty Conference & I AM Royalty Gospel Extravaganza, that no matter what someone goes through or is called God sees them as 'KINGS & QUEENS."   

In March 2013, Kingdom Kids Ministry was launched. This organization’s vision is to teach them the ways of Christ and to ignite a passion that will encourage youth to pursue higher learning.

On April 15, 2014, “Just For You” was released as his first single from his 1st upcoming EP album entitled “It’s Personal”. His single has been nominated for 2 Music Love Awards and 5 Rhythm of Gospel Awards. 

Holmes has been nominated for the Prayze Factor Awards as the Praise & Worship Solo Artist (2013/2014), Rhythm & Praise Solo Artist (2014), and Contemporary Christian Solo Artist (2014). 

Holmes serves on the Praise & Worship Team, the Church Adult Choir and serves as the Sound Engineer and he currently serves as the Public Relations Specialist at Faith Temple Church of God in Christ. In addition to his weekly duties, Holmes travels ministering the word of God through song. 

He was the honored the opportunities to minister in front of gospel legends, such as, Kirk Franklin, Dorinda Clark-Cole, and Myron Butler, just to name a few.

Jorad is currently working on the release of his next Single "WELCOME" set to be released on February 24, 2015.
