I’ve always had this connection with music at such a young age, I grew up having a musical background. My dad was a musician & my mom was a singer. I started collecting Vinyl records in high school, Got inspired to start chopping samples & making beats.
I grew up listening to a lot of D’angelo, Badu, Maxwell, Dilla etc. and Thats when I fell involve with the Neo Soul sound. My deep 
appreciation for music & art is basically my main source for inspiration. That shit’s just has to be right for me to tap in.
I curated this mix for everybody who uses music as a temporary escape, for the ones who can understand. Intellectual Intimacy is about being on the same Vibrational Frequency, about sharing a moment, a level of understanding. I hope you enjoy the mix & I hope it takes you somewhere you feel you belong. Last weekend I spent time with my Soulection discord family in Joshua Tree, CA for a nice getaway. It was my first time meeting everybody in person, but it felt more of a family reunion more than anything. I'm proud and happy to connect with every one of them. Music has brought us together. Shout outs to them, they gave me the best weekend of my life.

I wanted to make this episode extra special. 2 hours of good music for PTB is now the standard. In this episode I showcased my favorites MadeinTYO's new "SOUL-LUXE" project. I played a shit ton of one of my favorite producers, Sasac.  Featured my favorites from Sans' recent project "blends II". I also received a bunch of unreleased music from 1981 Tokyo, Afrikano, and Omoide to play for this episode. Also, shoutout Soulection Radio episode 504, a lot of influence from that episode in this one.

This episode is the best representation of what PTB means to me yet. Hope ya'll enjoy.
