The samples used on the tape were compiled over a two-year period and are electronically treated audio-recordings (barring the 'heartbeat' and low organ-drone which were recorded synthetically).
The singer is Lotta Hultmark.
The sounds on the tape are, with only a very few exceptions, in one way or other
directly connected to the composer's parents to whom the piece is dedicated.
A Lullaby was commissioned in 2007/08 by the BBC Radio 3.

Electroacoustic tape recorded by and created in Logic Pro by the composer.

Due to the extreme dynamic range and the nature of the piece it is ideal if this can be listened to on as good a reproduction system as possible.

After releasing Nils Frahm’s two-track solo synthesiser EP ‘Juno’ in a highly sought after 7” edition, Erased Tapes now re-release the original Juno tracks with guest reworks by Border Community's modular synth wizard Luke Abbott and Warp veteran Clark. Both known for their like-minded use of analogue synthesisers in their music, it makes them the perfect artists to rework the originals. Similar to Frahm’s online project ‘Screws Reworked’, where he invited fans to download his solo piano songs to reinterpret them with their own medium of choice, it’s far from being the typical remix EP. Aptly titled ‘Juno Reworked’, it will be released worldwide in the form of a limited 12" Vinyl and Download.

Jordan Hunt is a composer, vocalist and multi-instrumentalist. 
 
He is a co-founder of Principle Six and Musical Director of the Theo Adams Company, recently collaborating as Associate Director of FKA twigs' Magdalene tour.
 
His debut single ‘Mother’ was premiered on Tom Robinson’s BBC Radio 6 Music show and debut EP 'Long Lost' was released in Spring 2018 to critical acclaim. Another Man premiered the video, who admired his "mesmerising... spellbinding melodic pop sound”. 
 
Classically trained, and drawing on his experiences as violinist in The Irrepressibles, The Hidden Cameras and as musical companion to Grammy-nominated Olivia Chaney, he creates vivid, emotive music, weaving melodic ‘sad-pop’ and symphonic-inspired textures.
 
He has performed across Europe, Asia and North America, playing with Lana Del Rey, Bat for Lashes and Patrick Wolf, at major venues such as Barbican, Tate Britain, RA, ICA, QEH and RFH London, Park Ave Armory and BAM NYC.
 
He has worked with artists as diverse as FKA twigs, Fiona Shaw, Nick Knight, David Sims, Raqib Shaw, Matt Lambert, Matthew Stone and Isamaya Ffrench.
 
His debut short film score for Theo Adams Company’s ‘Safety Curtain’ debuted on Channel 4.
 
He has created music for Charles Jeffrey Loverboy, Alexander McQueen, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Halpern, and W Magazine.
 
His classical music is released on NMC, commissioned and performed by London Sinfonietta, BBC Phil, Philharmonia, Hallé YO, Oliver Knussen and James Macmillan.
