Jordan Lewis is a multi-instrumentalist, media composer, music educator, photographer, and writer.  Originally from New England, Jordan has lived and travelled all around the world, taking his artistic passions with him. 

While earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont in English and Jazz Piano Performance, Jordan had the privilege of studying mandolin with Jamie Masefield of the Jazz Mandolin Project and jazz piano with Tom Cleary of The Mike Gordon Band.  

After finishing his undergrad, Jordan spent time living and working in Busan, South Korea, teaching English and music to Korean students ages 6-16 and gigging as much as possible for an expat living in Asia. Upon returning to the US in the fall of 2011, Jordan settled temporarily in Brooklyn, NY, and began touring on keyboards with Chamberlin, an indi-rock group out of Vermont. When not on the road, Jordan taught privately in the five boroughs, performed regularly in and around New York, and wrote concert and album reviews for a live music journal & blog, Feast of Music.  

Jordan recently relocated to Los Angeles from Chicago to finish his Master's Thesis for an MFA in Film Scoring at Columbia College Chicago where he had the privilege to study under Gary Chang and David McHugh.  During his two years in Chicago Jordan also worked as the Associate Music Producer at Blue Police Box Music for Chicago composer, Andrew Edwards.  Currently Jordan is in LA working as a busy freelance musician & composer.
