Following their recent 20th release from Andreas Balicki, Definition:Music push straight on to DMU021 with a serving of groove-laden house from Josh Butler.

Having made a name for himself with a couple of outings on Chase & Status' MTA Records imprint, Butler offers up new three tracks of underground house. The title track harks back to the glory days of acid house, whilst in 'Educate' and 'What I Want', the Northerner takes on deeper, more chilled vibes. All in all, the Sideways Acid EP packs in everything needed to get a dancefloor pumping.

This year's been a busy one for Swiss house and techno producer and selector Deetron. 

The pinnacle may have been his 'Fabric 76' mix, weaving between tracks from Marcel Dettmann, Caribou and Seven Davis Jr, and he's been on a prolific remix run, doing his thing on tracks by Roots Panorama and in-demand house duo Gorgon City.

Having already being singled out as an artist to watch out for in 2018, Will Easton presents his debut release on W&O Street Tracks with a fine triplet of tracks on the “18 Month Free Trial” EP.

The title track has notched up radio play already from the BBC Radio 1 team of Annie Mac, Pete Tong, Danny Howard and Monki, as well as club support from the likes of Patrick Topping, Solardo and Waze & Odyssey, and it’s not hard to see why.  “18 Month Free Trial”, with its irresistible ascending synth riff, bumping groove and shuffling percussion, is a fully formed and fully road tested dancefloor heater!

“Take It To The Bridge” mashes up rave chops and rasping bass as Easton ramps up the BPMs; snare rolls and old school piano stabs make for one hell of an industrious production, whilst on “Karma”, arpeggiated keys and vocal refrains are joined by a hefty bassline and driving drums for a real ‘hands in the air’ house moment.
