Working on this during a time of such general unrest was more challenging than usual. With politics and the climate strike and the opioid crisis and so much wrong in the world, it felt false trying to force these lovely, lush sounds out.  After a few days of frustration, I stopped picturing a beautiful blue sky sunny day, and settled into a more overcast, warm rain melancholy view. I also slowed it down, and then started feeling the light beams creeping into this dark cave.  
Have a coffee. Look to the horizon. Drift away.
