Materials:

1 x 440Hz tuning fork

3 types of installation wire (Yellow/Green, Blue, Brown), approx. 30 cm each

A pair of needle-nose pliers

Instructions:

Take the Yellow/Green (Earth) wire. Wrap the exposed copper counter-clockwise tightly around the handle of the tuning fork.

Let the wire run straight between the fork tines and bend the end up at a 45-degree angle. Create a small curl here.

Take the Blue (+) wire. Wrap this clockwise around the Yellow/Green wire on the handle.

Take the Brown (-) wire. Wrap this counter-clockwise around the other wires on the handle.

On all loose ends, create a small, careful curl using the needle-nose pliers.

STEP 4: 🧘 PERFORM THE MODULE ALIGNMENT

Stand comfortably, breathe calmly.

Hold the tuning fork firmly with your thumb and index finger on the wrapped handle.

Place the ball of the tuning fork on the mentioned spot. Breathe in deeply through your nose. On the exhalation, say the word "WHITE" as quickly as possible, one after the other, until you have no breath left.

Move to the next point on the inhalation:

WHITE: On your crown (hairline)

PURPLE: Between your eyebrows (third eye)

BLUE: In the V of your Adam's apple (throat)

GREEN: In the hollow at the bottom of your breastbone (heart)

YELLOW: Three centimeters below GREEN (solar plexus)
