From Jack Kerouac to the Beach Boys to Death Cab For Cutie, the idyllic and sparsely populated central Californian town of Big Sur has long served as a source of creative inspiration for artists on them move. Dirtybird and Perfect Driver-releasing Ghostea has made the place his home. Although we can't vouch for the clubbing scene there, the intrepid producer has benefitted from stepping out of the bustle of city-based dance scenes to hone his already classy house touch.

I’m so excited to share my new song Bones. For this I got to share the studio with the supremely talented vocalist Gossling. Her voice is so unique and striking and worked perfectly for this song. Her opening lyric still gives me goose bumps! Best served with Pinot Noir. I hope you enjoy it!

Its been a while since Ive just uploaded something to Soundcloud without planning a release or anything. 
This little song is about looking back on everything in the past, the friends you lost, the ones you still have. Skipping school to smoke cigarettes on the corner by the coffee shop, getting butterflies in our stomachs. This ones for friends, family, the memories we have made, and the life we are making. Take a second to look back and appreciate the past because its the reason we are where we are today. Look back, but don't dwell because life only moves forward... I love u
