Charlie's Angel merupakan satu dari banyaknya band indies yang lahir di Bandung dalam rentang tahun 1996-1999. Charlie's Angel sempat berganti nama menjadi May Melian dan sempat merilis EP bersama Spills Records pada awal 2000-an.

Lagu "Never Care" ini diambil dari kompilasi "This is Bandung" (Red Wine, 1999). Namun ketika berganti nama menjadi May Melian dan merilis EP, lagu ini direkam ulang dengan nuansa yang sedikit berbeda.
