Here is what I have to say as a former performer and now educator about the way SoundCloud is doing business. I’m trying to figure out why SoundCloud decided to erase years of files that I had on the free account I had so this to me is the epitome of bad business and terrible customer service. An option to recoup those files reveals strong approach to get the listener to get a pay to listen commercial free channel. Yeah, uh no! You can’t coerce people into making choices for your profit! That’s not how you became who you now are but you feeling brand new so this is the first out of a possible tow or three communications I’ll engage in, and if I don’t have to ability to reestablish my account than FICK SOUNDCLOUD.!!! Is that keeping it 💯 enough for the company?! Y’all know you’re being full of shit with this financial extortion approach!
