"Jura" is an experimental project combining the distinct production styles of Sandeman and Leon Power. Subtle grooves, rich analogue textures and Leon’s restrained vocals positions their debut EP in a unique place within the Exotic roster.

EP will be released on Exotic Refreshment on April 23 and will include their three original tracks ("Jura", "Dion Is Walking" and "Make This Right"), but also three remixes from Tara Brooks (Underyourskin Records), PHCK (All Day I Dream, Underyourskin Records) and Rapossa (Lump Records, Laut & Luise).

Es gibt Klänge, die sich wie ein Heilbalsam um unsere Denkstränge legen, die uns die Knoten aus dem Kopf kämmen und mit denen sich spontan ein inneres Gleichgewicht einstellt. Die Handpan ist ein wunderbares Beispiel dafür. Im Track Asura haben Elias Dore & Acado das Instrument mit dem gemächlichen Stampfen und den verträumten Eskalationen elektronischer Klangerzeugung kombiniert. Der Remix von Mollono.Bass geht etwas mehr nach vorne, lässt dabei aber ganz viel Raum für die meditativen Frequenzen der Handpan. Und KlangDruide interpretiert den Titel in Form einer entrückten Zeitlupenaufnahme. Der zweite Track Wadeeh basiert auf einer tiefgründigen Melodiestruktur und kommt mit ordentlich Schwung und dem einen oder anderen Spitzenzeit-Merkmal daher. Im Remix von lnnacircle verwandelt sich dieser Titel in eine psychedelische Abfahrt mit tribalistischen Trommeleinlagen.

There are sounds that act on the mind like a healing balm, that untie the tangle of our everyday
worries, that re-establish our inner balance in an instant. The handpan is wonderful example. In their track Asura, Elias Dore & Acado combine the instrument with the slow stomp and dreamy escalations of a synthesized electronic groove. The remix of Mollono.Bass has a bit more forward thrust, while keeping a lot of audio space for the meditative frequencies of the handpan to unfold. And KlangDruide interprets the title in the form of an enraptured slow motion recording. The second track Wadeeh is built upon a deep melodic structure and has a lot of momentum and many characteristics of a peak time tune. The remix of lnnacircle turns this into a psychedelic departure

Once a year on the date of the summer solstice Sol Selectas release their annual Summer Sol compilation to celebrate the years longest day of sunshine. 

Blending eloquent melodies with earthy percussion, this release covers a diverse section of sub genres ranging from melodic house to low slung electronica. Compiled over a twelve month period by label owner Sabo, the fourth edition in the series features 25 tracks including artists such as Amentia, Dandara, Canson, Mark Alow, Mass Digital, Gabriel Belmudes, Robbie Akbal, plus many others. 

Sabo also features his own music on the release which is showcased in this eight track sampler including a cross section of tracks that fully express the magic of this stunning release

As the sun travels round the world to warm our hearts, bodies and minds, the concept of this release series is also to embrace world culture, as under the sun’s rays we are all equal no matter our skin colour, sexuality or gender.

Fully embracing the diversity of cultures around the world, this release includes artists from over 18 countries with vocals spoken, chanted or sung in many different languages.

Previous Summer Sol releases have charted No.1 on Beatport and it’s expected that the fourth offering will fair no differently continuing the popularity of the series. 

Sol Selectas is very much a community with each of the artists thought of as brothers and sisters of the label's close-knit family, and this is also represented in the label artwork designed by Sabo’s fiancé Helia Jamali.

The French duo with the midas touch, Birds Of Mind, unveil an EP on Audiofly’s recently rejuvenated Supernature label, that oozes sheer class.  A lineup of remixers are also assembled, with super re-workings from Maga, Unders & Noraj Cue, and Raw Main.

Birds Of Mind are the duo of Alex H & Adrian C.  Having released their first single for the German label Under Your Skin in 2016, the guys are gone on to record for Francesca Lombardo’s ECHOLETTE label, Sabo’s Sol Selectas, and Klassified.

On “E’na Pasione” and “Paradise Lost”, the duo delivers their trademark deep, organic, electronic sounds, resplendent with ancient chants and tribal beats.  Channeling their music through a clear spiritual path, Birds Of Mind craft out two glittering cuts here for the deeper dancefloors.

Maga (Stil Vor Talent/Klassified) deploys melodic plucked strings and brooding bass on his remix of “E’na Pasione”, whilst Unders & Noraj Cue take on “Paradise Lost”, serving up a buoyant rhythm and inspiriting harmonies on their remix.  Raw Main completes the package with a highly infectious take on “Paradise Lost” also.
